We are confident that you will absolutely love our Wall Decal products but in the event that we sent you the incorrect product, (i.e wrong product, size or color) please send an email within 7 days of receiving your product to with your name, invoice number and order issue.   After confirmation of the issue, you may return the product for a full refund.  Please be sure that the item you are returning has not been used or tampered with.  This will ensure proper and timely refund to your account.

iDecals is not responsible for misapplication, substrate adhering issues or damages caused during installation. If you are not comfortable installing, we recommend hiring a professional painter or wallpaper hanger that is familiar with wall decals.

iDecals offers customizable and non-customizable WALLTAT designs; For the customizable products, customers have the ability to select from hundreds of product styles, 34 color options and 5 sizes for the ultimate decorating experience.  Due to the highly customizable nature of these WALLTAT products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that were successfully shipped to you in the correct product style, color and size specifications.  These sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Upon receipt of your email explaining the nature of your issue, we will review your order and respond with return instructions and send you a return shipment label if necessary.  Please advise whether you would like the correct order, or a refund.  We can either send you the correct order at no additional cost or process your refund after receiving the incorrect WALLTAT in its original packaging and properly sealed.

iDecals reserves the right to decline refund if the wall decal product is not in perfect condition. If we receive the product damaged, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be returned to you. iDecals offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise unless you have received the incorrect product. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, processing time of your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and processing time of your bank to our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
